Friday Upholstery Workshop

Learn how to recover and reupholster your chair at this fun and friendly weekly workshop. No previous experience necessary, just bring along your chair and we’ll provide you with the tools and skills to revitalise it. We utilise traditional upholstery techniques, reusing the existing materials where possible or replacing them with natural and sustainable alternatives. You'll be delighted with how you’ve transformed your chair and made it your own, over a cuppa and cake.

If you're interested in this workshop then contact us with a description or photo of your chair, whether you'd like to just recover it or fully reupholster it with new fillings etc and whether you want help with finding the right fabric. We also have several secondhand chairs available for £5-10 at the workshop which you can upcycle if you want to learn the skills but don't have your own project to work on.
